LOCATION: The town of Kermen is located in South-East Bulgaria, between Sliven, Nova Zagora and Yambol, and it is part of Sliven Municipality, Sliven District. Kermen lies in the Thracian Lowland, among the east slopes of the Sredna Gora Mountains. The name of the town is derived from the word keremida, which means tile in English. The surrounding area offers good conditions for hunting, fishing and hiking. The railway line from Sofia to Bourgas runs through the town.

The accommodation has 80 sq. m. living area and consists of a glazed terrace, three spacious rooms, a corridor, and a basement below. In an extension to the house there is a glazed entrance hall and one room. A bathroom and a pantry are situated in an outbuilding. The toilet with a cesspit is outside the house but you can use the services of our team of skillful builders to have it constructed indoors. Running water and electricity were provided inside. A stone wall surrounds the property and an asphalted road goes past it.
