LOCATION: The mountain village of Stara reka is situated in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Sliven Municipality, Sliven District. The village lies on either side of the main road Sliven - Veliko Tarnovo. Here you can enjoy all the rural tourism offers. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a brick-built, two-storey house, situated near the centre of the village. Its living area is 100 sq. m. There isn't a bathroom and the toilet, provided with a septic tank, is outdoors. The water and electricity were connected in the house. An asphalt road passes by the property. The house needs extensive renovations to gain an appearance and conditions of a modern dwelling.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs has three rooms and a corridor. There is a basement below.
SECOND FLOOR: Outside stairs lead to the upper floor, comprising an entrance hall, three spacious rooms and a balcony, affording a lovely view of the overgrown with pines hill, at whose foot the house is located.
THE GARDEN: The area of the yard is 2000 sq. m. A part of the land has been cultivated recently. There are two farm buildings. There is a large garage.
The friendly village of Stara reka has shops, cafes, a post office and a petrol station. There is a small hospital with a resident doctor, and a veterinary surgeon's. Roads to and from the village are accessible all the year round.
