PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you a well-preserved, brick-built house, situated in the very centre of the village. It has 65 sq. m. living area and consists of three sunny rooms and a corridor. Electricity was supplied but water wasn't installed inside. The toilet is an outside one but there is room inside that can be reconstructed into a toilet. The house is occupied and it is in good condition. There is a garage next to the house. An asphalt road passes by it.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 1380 sq. m. Many fruit trees, trellis vines and flowers are grown. Some farm buildings were constructed in the yard. Water was supplied there.
