LOCATION: The village of Staro Selo is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Sliven Municipality, Sliven District. Sliven lies at the foot of the Eastern Balkan Mountains. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a new, brick-built house, situated in the quiet outskirts of the village. It has to be plastered either outside and inside and completed. The top of the house is a concrete slab, which gives you a chance to build another storeys. For any construction work you can rely on our team of highly qualified builders. The accommodation has 70 sq. m. living space and consists of three rooms, a corridor and a veranda. The running water and electricity were connected in the house.
GARDEN: The yard is 1900 sq. m. in area. It isn't cultivated. Some fruit trees were planted. The yard is big enough a swimming pool to be built, for instance, or you can grow sweet fruit, trellis vines and vegetables, and in the autumn to have some home-made brandy distilled.
