LOCATION: The village of Nauchene is located in South-East Bulgaria and it is part of Nova Zagora Municipality, Sliven District. Here you can enjoy all the rural tourism offers. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you a brick-built, two-storey house with stone foundations. The area of this lovely house is 120 sq. m. Running water, electricity and a septic tank were provided. The house is in very good condition and doesn't need any repairs. The new owners can only refurbish it before their moving. A stone fence encloses the house and its garden.
