PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The snug, one-storey house we offer you is located near the centre of the village. It has 100 sq. m. living area, occupied by an entrance hall, three spacious room and a kitchen. There is no bathroom and the toilet is situated outdoors. Water, electricity and a septic tank were provided. An asphalt road passes by the estate. The house needs basic repairs but we recommend you the professional services of our builders to bring it to modern living standard.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 1600 sq. m. It is well-maintained. Some trellis vines, vegetables and fruit trees were planted. There is a large farm building.
The village is very well-developed. There is medical and mobile service, regular bus transport, a post office, shops and cafes.
