PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a single-storey, brick-built building with two entrances, situated in the very centre of the village. It used to be a grocery shop with a pub but can be converted into a modern dwelling with the assistance of our competent builders. The accommodation has 160 sq. m. living area. First entrance leads into two large rooms and the other one leads into one large room with a basement below. Running water and electricity were connected inside. There is neither a toilet nor a bathroom. An asphalted road goes past the property.
