This single storey house is located in the outskirts of the village just next to an asphalt road comprising 30sq.m of living space distributed of two spacious rooms and a corridor. The toilet is external, as in most of Bulgarian rural houses, and there is no bathroom, but our teams of qualified builders can easily refurbishing in the house. The yard extends to 1000sq. m. planted with several fruit trees and a vegetables and beautiful flowers. The house needs a slight renovation and cleaning before moving in. External premises, used for keeping animals and for storing farm implements, are located near the house. This lovely village supplied with all the main amenities – a medical centre, à post office, regular bus transport to Sliven, mobile service, several shops and cafes. The area offers hunting and fishing as leisure activities with its woody hills and the river passing near the village.
