PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a solid, one-storey, brick-built house with a basement area, situated in the quiet outskirts of the village. The accommodation has 65 sq. m. living space and comprises of an entrance hall, three rooms, a corridor and a balcony. There is an outbuilding, suitable for living and including one room, a corridor, a storeroom and a bathroom. The toilet with a septic tank is outdoors. Running water and electricity were connected inside. The property is surrounded be a wall from the side of the road, which is a gravel one. As a whole, the house is in good order but for any renovation work you can rely on the assistance of our professional builders.
GARDEN: The enormous yard extends to 4000 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently but lots of fruit trees and trellis vines were planted. Two wells meet irrigation needs. There is a sink and an adobe barn with approximately 70 sq. m. area. Behind the barn there is a shelter for storing wood. Around the house the yard is flagged and shaded by the trellis vines in summer.
