LOCATION: The village of Kovachite is located in South-East Bulgaria. It is part of Sliven Municipality. Sliven Municipality is situated in the southeastern region of Bulgaria. Sliven borders Yambol Municipality to the south, Bourgas District to the east, Kotel Municipality to the north, Tvarditsa Municipality to the west and Nova Zagora Municipality to the southwest. Sliven lies in the foothills of the Southern Balkan Mountain. In the south and southeast it is opened to the Sliven field. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a brick-built, one-storey house in a good condition. This snug house is situated in the outskirts of the village. A gravel road passes by it. Its living area is 100 sq m. It has three rooms, a kitchen, a corridor and a larder. Electricity and water were provided. The bathroom and the toilet were built next to the house. There is a garage as well.
GARDEN: The yard extends to 680 sq. m. There are fruit trees but the yard itself is not well-kept.
