The village of Pasnicherevo is perfectly situated, just next to the popular dam Lake of Zhrebchevo, 21km from the town of NOVA ZAGORA, 15km from the town of Tvarditsa and 50km from the city of SLIVEN. The village offers all main services as a medical service, a post office, a mobile service, a regular bus transport, shops and cafes. Fishing and hunting are available leisure activities in the area.
The village of Panicherevo is situated in Gurkovo Municipality, in Stara Zagora region.
Gourkovo Municipality is located between the Balkan Range and Sredna Gora Mountain in the eastern end of the Rose Valley. Two important road-transport highways pass through its territory: The Pass of the Republic connecting Northern with Southern Bulgaria and the Sofia-Bourgas main road with a railroad running parallel along with it. The region is crossed by the Toundzha River and the Zhrebchevo Dam Lake is in its southern part.
There are no units that are significant sources of organized or unorganized air-polluting emissions in the Gourkovo Municipality. The special geographic location, the nature of the relief and the social and economic characteristics of the region define it as an environmentally clean area. The natural resources combined with the unique biological variety of the region are a prerequisite for the development of hunting, fishing, cycling, eco and other forms of tourism.
